What happens when my trial ends?
You'll keep full access to view your past notes and patient records. To start new sessions, you'll need to subscribe. We'll send you a reminder 3 days before your trial ends.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time through Settings > Billing. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What currency are the prices in?
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.
Is Vocara suitable for ACC-funded treatment?
Yes. Vocara generates SOAP notes with all required ACC fields pre-filled, including functional goals, NHI number, claim number, session count, and ACC provider number. Notes are AI-assisted drafts — you review, edit, and sign before submission.
How does the Clinic plan work for multiple practitioners?
The account owner can invite additional practitioners via Settings > Team. Each practitioner has full access to their own sessions and patient records but cannot see other practitioners' notes. Only the account owner can manage billing.
